Hey HAM – You are exactly why this image is so great…it gets a reaction from the simplest life forms – as those are the only life forms that ever held this chimp in a suit as something other than a self righteous retard. This “President” for lack of a better name….was the most specious and destructive bastard this nation ever endorsed, if only briefly (the last 4 years) as the first four years were stolen by he and his cronies in the Skull & Bones Societies. His numbers in the end were a reflection of the truest reality, rather than on the fact that dopes like you got all excited when he finally left the Book Reading to start a war that would never have been supported if everyone hadn’t been successfully conned into believing they were in danger when they weren’t. The only weapon of mass destruction he ever found was Dick Cheney.

Whether they discussed Article 239 or not doesn’t matter one bit…the constitution says that they immediately cease to hold their office. That doesn’t require a court order. It is automatic. It is the equivalent of a resignation.

Except there is the small matter that NONE of the Judicial Orders in place on June 28th said ANYTHING about Article 239. Neither did the Congress. This is simply a post-facto manufactured charge. Manufactured because even a corrupt Supreme Court could argue with a straight face that Zelaya proposed any kind of specific Constitutional reform. He never said a word about re-election or anything else prohibited in the Constitution.
